At Clever Pages, I personalize your book the same day I receive your order and photo. If there’s an issue with the photo, I’ll email you right away—so please keep an eye on your inbox!
Once your book is ready, printing, shipping, and delivery take about 10 business days. However, during the holiday season, it might take up to 20 business days due to higher demand.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is my priority! I want you to absolutely love your personalized book. Since each book is made just for you, returns aren’t generally accepted, but I totally understand that mistakes can happen.
If there’s an error on my end, I’ll fix it right away by sending you a new book at no charge or offering a full refund—whatever works best for you!
